Prior to starting any treatment program you will be required to have a detailed consultation and blood testing with a medical doctor that will screen for any contraindications to therapy and determine if our services are right for you. We do not believe in providing long term prescriptions without adequate follow up.     The initial Physician consultation and review of blood work is nonrefundable. A fee of $350.00 will be applied. We are confident that the time and expertise required to review the extensive blood work panel and provide personalized recommendations will be well worth the nominal fee to get you started on your longevity journey. If you choose to not pursue the 1 year commitment to the treatment plan in the Hormone Optimization Program, you will not be charged the additional $900.00 fee. Please note we will not provide any prescription medication without commitment to the 1 year program.
